KMC Enterprise Staffing Plan Application (ESPA) is a perfect office productivity application for an agency to manage current and projected staffing Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) information including vacancy management and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) external hire regulations. The staffing information managed and maintained by ESPA can be used to generate at real-time organizational charts, office staff listings with pictures, and staff rosters.
KMC Inc Enterprise Staffing Plan Application (ESPA)ESPA has role-based security built-in, it does not manage user credentials within the application. ESPA uses Windows Active Directory (AD), any third-party Identity Management (IDM), or LDAP system for staff authentication. ESPA itself only manages application authorization.
Out of the box, ESPA has four roles defined: Office Read-Only, Office Administrator, Agency Read-Only, and Agency Administrator. A staff must be granted at least one of the above roles before he or she has the access to ESPA application.

It lists both filled and vacant position information, including title, staff name if present, supervisor or not, grade, series, current and next Fiscal Year funded information. The vacant position is marked red. The report provides cumulative summaries, total number of positions, total number of current fiscal year funded positions, total number of next fiscal year funded positions, and total number of on board, grouped by branch, division, and office
It lists all staff and positions that have a burn in the selected fiscal year. All positions, both filled and vacant, are included in the burn rate calculation. Information displayed in this report includes title, staff name if present, supervisor or not, grade, series, current and next Fiscal Year funded information, full time or not, current burn, projected burn, and total burn for the fiscal year. The report also provides cumulative summaries, total number of positions, summary of current burn, summary of projected burn, and summary of total burn, grouped by branch, division, and office.
This report generates a summary view of an office’s staffing plan. The report provides summary information by divisions, including fiscal year allotment information, the number of on board, the number of known gains and losses, the number of pending vacancies, summary of current burn, summary of projected burn, and total burn, for the selected fiscal year. It also reports supervisor ratio, GG-15 non supervisory on board verses allotment, GG-15 supervisors and team leaders on board verses allotment, quarterly attritions, and the names of known losses and gains.
This report generates a list of staff which is on details and rotations on the selected date, including both in details/rotations, and out details/rotations. Information displayed in this report includes staff name, title, start date, end date, from office, and to office, for each details or rotation.
The A76 report lists the inventory and justification of commercial and inherently governmental activities performed by the staff of offices. It helps offices prepare for the submission required by the Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76.
